Shipping

We use Royal Mail to ship and track all orders, so your masks are safe with us.

Royal Mail 48 tracked

Your mask will be tracked to its delivery point.

You will receive email notifications when your order is placed and has been shipped.

You will receive your mask in two to three working days, and you also have the option to change your delivery date and location before delivery is attempted.

Royal Mail 24 tracked

Your mask will be tracked to its delivery point.

You will receive email notifications when your order is placed and has been shipped.

You will receive your mask within the next working day.

Flexible delivery options are available to you, including leaving the item in a safeplace and delivery to a preferred neighbour

Please note that due to the ongoing coronavirus crisis, Royal Mail is no longer asking the recipient to sign for items delivered on or after Saturday 14 March 2020.


Returns

If you wish to return your mask or exchange it for a new one for a valid reason, please send it back to us in the first 30 days after purchase. 

Please note that products which have been removed from their original packaging, including the outer plastic wrap, cannot be returned or exchanged. In the case that the packaging is not in its original condition the product will be discarded and will not go back to the customer.

The original dispatch note that accompanies your product should be kept in case you need to return the order. 

Returns take between 7 - 14 days to be processed. Refunds will be issued after this process has been completed. You will receive an email confirmation.
